within 28 days before arrival 60%
within 7 days before arrival 90%
Noshow 100%
If booked with a non refundable rate (NR) 100%

Change an existing reservation

If you have a change request for an existing reservation, eg the travel time or number of people changes, then please send us an e-mail with your reservation number and change requests.

We will arrange everything for you and send everything back accordingly.
